Dragon Skin is the largest on-going scouting activity in the country. Every year, scouts aged between 15 and 18 years head to a State forest somewhere in NSW for a four-day adventure involving challenges in fitness, bushcraft, teamwork and survival. The scouts work in teams, completing as many activities as possible.
"Sunny Corner State Forest, near Lithgow, was the perfect location for the Dragon Skin due to the many different forest environments," State Forests community liaison officer, Rob Finlay, said.
